Requesting Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to work as a delivery partner for Sri Sai Chicken Centre and would like to have your account and associated personal data deleted from our systems, you can request account deletion at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Via the App: Open the Sri Sai Admin app, navigate to Settings > Profile, and tap on "Delete Account". Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
- Via Email: Send an email to srisaichickencentre92@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered phone number in the email body.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted
- Your profile information, including your name, photo, and contact details, will be permanently removed from active databases.
- You will no longer be able to log into the Sri Sai Admin app.
- Some data (such as past delivery history and payment records) may be retained for accounting, legal, and tax purposes as required by law.
Please note that account deletion requests typically take up to 7 business days to process.
