By accessing or using the Sri Sai Admin / Delivery Partner app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

2. Partner Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must ensure timely and safe delivery of orders assigned to you.
You must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations while delivering.

3. App Usage

The app is intended solely for authorized delivery partners of Sri Sai Chicken Centre. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sri Sai Chicken Centre, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
